Are items made to order or ready to ship?
Most are kept in stock and ready to ship; personalised or bulk orders may need extra time.
How long does delivery take?
1–3 business days to process, plus 2–5 business days courier delivery.
Do you ship outside South Africa?
Currently South Africa only — message us if you’re elsewhere.
What if my item arrives damaged?
Contact us within 48 hours with a photo, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
