Shipping Policy

How Shipping Works:

Queen Esther Online understands that getting your orders to you in a convenient and efficient manner is crucial. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we’re here to make sure your shopping experience is as seamless as possible. Please make sure there is someone at the address your provided between 8am and 5am Monday to Friday.  We ship orders on Mondays and Thursdays at 14h20. If you place an order on a Tuesday and Wednesday, it will be shipped on Thursday, if you place an order on Thursday, Friday and Monday, it will be shipped on Tuesday (that includes orders placed on the weekend.)

• Pudo - R70.00 

Order Payments:

• Bank Transfer (EFT) – you will be directed to a safe payment portal when you checkout to finalise the payment.

Please note that Bank Transfer payments could take up to 3 days to clear.

Our Trading Hours:

Our working hours are 6pm to 8pm on Monday to Friday. We are closed on weekends and public holidays, unless we are at a physical location for our physical store.

Tracking Number:

We will send you a tracking number once your order is dispatched. You may receive your tracking number via email or WhatsApp.

Ways To Order:

If you do not feel comfortable placing an order via our online store, feel free to email us at [email protected] so we can help you with your order. You may order via email.

Courier takes 3- 4 working days depending on the area you are in.

When problems occur, we do our utmost best to assist our customers, but ultimately the responsibility lies with the courier company.
